In 2024, we launched a new educational initiative: the School of Weaving, our concrete commitment to promoting professional growth and enhancing the skills of our employees in textile craftsmanship
Through classroom lessons and personalized mentorship, we pair weaving assistants with our textile workers to develop their knowledge directly in the field, catering to an industry in constant need of skilled hands. It is through these customized educational programs that we ensure our workforce remains highly skilled and adaptable and create a supportive environment for our employees.
